Wedding bookings Terms and Conditions

Provisional Bookings. A provisional booking will be held for a maximum of 14 days.

Deposits. At time of booking we ask that you fill out booking form together with a deposit of £250 to secure the date.

Final Details. We ask that you contact the Hotel no later than four weeks prior to your wedding date to arrange and visit to the Hotel to discuss and finalise all wedding arrangements such as guest numbers, table arrangements, menus, toasts, speeches, evening buffet requirements etc.

Payment Details. After final details are taken an estimated account will be sent to you based on the information supplied. Unless more guests are catered for this is the number of guest you will be charged for. This account should be paid 14 days prior to the wedding date. In the event of more guests being catered for an invoice will be sent to you within 72 hours detailing any outstanding balance.

Please note. Minimum numbers will be required for a Friday or Saturday wedding.
