How to find us

The Railway Hotel is convenient for both Ayr, Prestwick and Kilmarnock and is ideal as a base to explore the many delights of the Ayrshire countryside including its many fine golf courses.
Directions from Glasgow

Head for Kilmarnock on the M77/A77 South. At the junction with the A76 take the second exit, signposted Dumfries. Auchinlech is about 8 miles south on the A76.

Directions from the South

Head for Ayrshire on the A76 from Dumfries. Auchinleck is just north of Cumnock. Before Cumnock, stay on the A76 taking the bypass north towards Kilmarnock. Come back into Auckinleck from the North end of the bypass and the Railway Hotel is on the left hand side.
